My name is Susan Thifault.
This is my story.

After years in corporate communication, I moved into education to bridge creativity and real-world application. As a teacher and director of a visual and performing arts program, I led and mentored hundreds of students, helping them develop confidence, clarity, and professional creative skills.

As many went on to become working artists and startup founders, these relationships evolved into strategic partnerships focused on refining ideas, strengthening direction, and executing vision.

Today, I provide creative mentorship, strategic consulting,  for creatives, startup companies, and organizations—drawing on my experience as an educator, creative strategist, and a planner to support growth, decision-making, and seamless execution.
